🔹 Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

🔹 Conduct initial telephonic interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.

🔹 Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

🔹 Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

🔹 Regularly follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

🔹 Assist in offer management, joining formalities, and documentation.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ MBA in HR / MBA with HR Specialization is mandatory.

✅ Freshers can apply; 0–2 years of recruitment experience is preferred.

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✅ Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.

✅ Familiarity with MS Excel, LinkedIn, and job portals will be an added advantage.

✅ Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
