Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive / HR Generalist with 2–3 years of experience to manage core HR operations including time office management, employee joining formalities, recruitment coordination, payroll support, and statutory compliance documentation. The role requires strong coordination with employees, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Time Office Management
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
• Monitor shift schedules, absenteeism, and overtime records.
• Ensure proper maintenance of time office registers and attendance data.
• Support preparation of attendance inputs for payroll processing.
2. Joining & Hiring Formalities
• Handle new employee joining documentation and onboarding process.
• Verify employee documents and maintain personal files.
• Assist in recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
• Maintain employee master database and HR records.
3. Payroll Support
• Provide attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
• Support preparation of salary inputs, overtime records, and deductions.
• Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for payroll related queries.
4. Compliance Documentation Support
• Maintain statutory records related to labour compliance and employee documentation.
• Assist in documentation related to ESI, PF, contractor records, and labour registers.
• Ensure HR records are updated and maintained as per compliance requirements.
5. HR Operations
• Maintain employee records, HR registers, and documentation.
• Support HR team in employee engagement activities and HR reporting.
• Any other tasks related to HR Generalist Domain
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Administration / Commerce
• MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
Experience
• 2–3 years experience in HR operations or HR generalist role
• Experience in manufacturing / factory environment preferred
Key Skills
• Knowledge of time office and attendance management
• Basic understanding of payroll inputs and HR documentation
• Familiarity with labour compliance records
• Good MS Excel and HR reporting skills
• Strong coordination and communication abilities
