Roles & Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance.
Maintain HR databases, attendance records, and employee information.
Prepare HR reports and maintain employee data records.
Coordinate employee onboarding documentation and related records.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
Support the coordination of employee training sessions.
Ensure HR records and employee information are updated and maintained accurately.
Support HR operations by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
