Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee time records.
Coordinate payroll inputs and support salary processing.
Draft offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance appraisal activities.
Coordinate exit formalities, including full-and-final settlement documentation and exit interviews.
Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers, and MIS as required by management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain statutory HR records.
