We are looking for a HR & Admin Assistant to join our team at Upasani Super Speciality Hospital Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for HR administrative task. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹23000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Maintains accurate and updated documentation, records, and files for all human resources in the Hospital.
Ø Provides responses to frequently asked questions from job applicants and staff members about general policies, hiring procedures, etc. redirects more complex inquiries to the HR Manager.
Ø Maintains the confidentiality and integrity of files and records pertaining to human resources.
Ø Regularly checks HR records and files to make sure all necessary paperwork is gathered and properly filed.
Ø Fulfill the HR department's administrative needs, keeping track of HR Dept’s stationary.
Ø Offers assistance with processing payroll, responding to employee inquiries.
Ø Processing errors, and distributing cheques.
Ø Serves as a point of contact between the company and consultant regarding benefits, such as PF and pension.
Ø Carries out or assists with new hire orientation.
Ø Schedule interviews, HR events, meetings.
Ø Organize and perform employee orientations for new hires.
Ø Generate reports on the HR team’s activities and performance.
Ø Finalize termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews.
Ø Process incoming emails.
Ø Handle grievances and complaints.
Ø Produce and distribute HR documentation.
Ø Provide assistance in organizing and coordinating events.
Ø Follows and update all paper work necessary for NABH.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to 6 days working.
