The HR Generalist responsible for managing end-to-end employee performance systems, employee relations, grievance handling, policy implementation, and the complete employee lifecycle. The position ensures timely PMS cycles, fair grievance resolution, effective KRA implementation, compliance with HR policies, and smooth exit management while providing actionable HR analytics to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management System (PMS)
· Drive timely execution of PMS cycles across the organization.
· Ensure quality performance reviews aligned with business objectives.
· Coordinate goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
· Track completion rates and review quality standards.
2. Grievance Handling & Employee Relations
· Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters effectively.
· Ensure reduced average grievance resolution time.
· Track number of grievances resolved and reduction in repeat cases.
· Maintain fair, confidential, and compliant grievance-handling processes.
· Support leadership in employee relations and conflict resolution.
3. Exit Interviews & HR Analytics / Employee Branding
• Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback trends.
• Share actionable insights with management to improve retention.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives based on employee feedback.
• Identify root causes of attrition and recommend corrective actions
4. Policy Implementation & Compliance
• Roll out updated HR policies promptly.
• Conduct employee awareness and policy training sessions.
• Monitor policy adherence across departments.
• Track and escalate non-compliance issues when required.
• Ensure alignment with labour laws and internal standards.
5. KRA Design & Implementation
• Support leadership in designing clear and measurable KRAs.
• Ensure timely KRA submission across all teams.
• Monitor alignment of KRAs with organizational goals.
• Collect and analyse feedback on KRA clarity and effectiveness.
• Initiate and track timely performance review cycles.
6. Complete Employee Lifecycle Management
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with exit processes and documentation.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives throughout the lifecycle.
• Share quarterly retention and attrition insights with stakeholders.
7. Exit Management & Full & Final (F&F) Coordination
· Manage exit formalities in coordination with payroll, finance, and admin teams.
· Ensure timely completion of Full & Final settlements.
· Maintain accurate exit records and compliance documentation.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
Experience in grievance handling and employee relations preferred
