Harbansh Lal Food is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily human resource operations in our growing B2B dairy business. The candidate will assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, and maintaining employee records. The role requires regular coordination with factory staff, sales teams, and management to ensure smooth HR processes. The ideal candidate should be organized, good at communication, and capable of handling multiple HR tasks efficiently in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in hiring process (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Support payroll processing and documentation
Handle onboarding and exit formalities
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Coordinate with different departments (factory, sales, accounts)
Address basic employee queries and HR support
Requirements:
Graduate (BBA/MBA in HR preferred)
0–3 years of experience in HR (FMCG experience is a plus)
Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Excel
Good communication and organizational skills
