Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.

• Handle campus recruitment drives, including coordination with colleges and placement cells.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Coordinate offer releases, documentation, and joining formalities.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

• Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and walk-in drives.

🔹 Required Skills

• 2–3 years of strong experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

• Strong hands-on experience in Campus Recruitment is mandatory/preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle multiple positions and recruitment targets.

• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office / Excel and recruitment portals.

• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
