We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Female professional to manage recruitment activities along with executive coordination and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and the capability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a professional and disciplined work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding
Post and manage job openings on various job portals and hiring platforms
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates
Prepare offer letters and maintain employee records and HR documentation
Track daily attendance and maintain in-time/out-time records
Handle employee queries and provide basic HR support
Prepare meeting minutes and maintain organized reports and records
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and task completion
Manage scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and day-to-day office operations
Maintain and update data, reports, and documents using MS Excel and MS Word
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and job portals
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain professionalism, discipline, and confidentiality
Shorthand or note-taking skills will be an added advantage
