Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Post job openings and coordinate interviews
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Take follow-ups with team members and candidates
Manage schedules, meeting notes, and daily coordination
Handle basic office administration and reporting work
Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Good command of MS Excel & MS Word
Strong follow-up and multitasking ability
Organized, responsible, and disciplined personality
Shorthand/note-taking skills will be an added advantage
