Position: HR AssistantDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: RAJKOT Job Summary:The HR Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, documentation, employee records, attendance, and coordination activities. The role requires good communication, organization, and MS Office skills.Key Responsibilities:Assist in recruitment, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.Maintain and update employee records (personal files, joining documents, etc.).Manage attendance, leave records, and daily attendance reports.Support in payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave data.Draft and issue letters such as Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Warning Letter, etc.Assist in new employee onboarding and induction activities.Handle employee queries and coordinate with team members.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.Maintain HR-related reports, MIS, and databases.Ensure compliance with Company policies and HR procedures.Skills Required:Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Local Language)Basic understanding of HR processesProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Time management and teamwork skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityQualification & Experience:Gender male female Any Graduate /6monts–1years of experience
