Roles and Responsibity :
Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory/plant staff (workers, technicians, supervisors, engineers).
Maintain manpower planning, shift allocation, and attendance monitoring.
Handle onboarding, induction planning, and joining formalities for new employees.
Maintain HR records, personal files, and HRMIS data.
Support performance appraisal processes and coordinate training & skill-development programs.
Manage employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Enhance employee engagement through activities, communication, and welfare programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws:
Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act
PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Overtime
Safety, health, and environmental regulations
Coordinate with external statutory bodies and auditors.
Maintain compliance registers, documentation, and factory licenses/renewals.
Manage time-office operations (biometric, shift rosters, overtime records).
Prepare monthly payroll inputs: attendance, OT, leave, deductions.
Process payroll and coordinate with finance department.
Handle salary slips, full & final settlements, increment letters.
