Job Title: HR Assistant (Plant/Factory)

📍 Location: Bhosari MIDC, Pune
💼 Experience: 2 to 6Years in Manufacturing OR Industrial Setup
🎓 Qualification: MBA/MPM/MSW

📝 Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – HR & Admin to manage core HR and administrative functions at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will support plant-level operations, ensure compliance, and foster a productive work environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities for plant staff

• Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs

• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.)

• Support employee welfare, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures

• Assist in training, safety awareness, and performance tracking

Administration:

• Oversee facility upkeep, housekeeping, and vendor management

• Manage documentation, filing, and audit readiness

• Handle security, transport, and canteen operations

• Ensure timely procurement of office and plant supplies

• Support internal communication and event coordination

• Familiarity with labor laws and factory compliance

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

• High integrity and attention to detail
