Job Title: HR RecruiterLocation: Kanpur (Onsite)Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate JoiningSalary: 25,000-30,000 Role Description This is a full-time Recruiter role, located on-site in Kanpur. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. Daily tasks will include posting job ads, coordinating hiring activities, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Qualifications Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates using various methodsExperience in conducting interviews and managing candidate assessmentsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with a teamFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR softwareKnowledge of the recruitment process for various industries, especially BPO, Fintech, BFSI, and similar sectorsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMandatory Requirements:1-2 years of recruitment experienceGood communication skills with a learning approachStrategic thinking and a problem-solving mindsetMust be available to join immediately
