Education / Qualification:
Graduate in Any Discipline (BA / BCom / BSc / BBA) MBA
HR-related certification or diploma will be an advantage
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Computer proficiency required
Requirements:
3–5 years HR experience (school experience preferred)
Good spoken and written English
Strong communication skills
Good typing speed
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer skills
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and people-oriented HR professional who understands that a school is not merely a workplace, but a thriving community. The HR function extends beyond administrative processes; it focuses on building meaningful relationships, supporting teachers and staff, and fostering a positive and respectful work culture.
The HR Executive will act as a bridge between Management and staff, ensuring that every employee feels heard, valued, and supported throughout their journey with the school.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Schedule interviews and conduct HR rounds
Issue offer letters and appointment letters
Maintain recruitment tracker and joining status reports
2. Onboarding & Employee Records
Manage joining formalities and document verification
Prepare and maintain employee personal files
Conduct induction programs and update HRMS records
3. Payroll & Attendance Management
Coordinate attendance and leave records
Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with the Accounts department
Manage Full & Final settlements for exiting employees
4. Employee Engagement & Performance
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
Support performance appraisals and probation reviews
Assist in increment and promotion documentation
5. Documentation & Statutory Compliance
Maintain complete and updated employee records
Issue and record contracts, confirmation letters, increment letters, and exit documents
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and education board regulations
Maintain statutory registers and coordinate timely statutory filings
Support audits, inspections, and management reporting
Ensure confidentiality and audit readiness at all times
