
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive (Fresher) to support day-to-day HR operational activities. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their HR career who wants hands-on exposure to employee lifecycle management, HR systems, and core HR processes in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will support end-to-end HR operations including maintaining employee records, updating HRMS data, and ensuring accuracy of HR documentation. They will assist with onboarding and exit formalities, coordinate joining documentation, and manage exit checklists. The role also involves tracking attendance, leave applications, and regularisation requests, while ensuring adherence to internal HR policies.
The HR Operations Executive will support payroll processes by coordinating monthly inputs related to attendance, leave, and employee changes. They will assist with statutory documentation related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other compliance requirements, and help address basic employee queries related to payroll and HR policies.
Additionally, the role will involve employee communication and coordination. The individual will act as the first point of contact for routine HR-related queries, support internal HR communications, and assist in organising training sessions, meetings, and engagement initiatives. They will also be responsible for preparing basic HR reports using Excel, maintaining HR files, SOPs, and audit-ready documentation, and supporting internal or external audits when required.
