Manage apprentice registration on the designated portal (NAPS and NATS).
Verify and upload documents required for trainee onboarding.
Ensure all apprentice information is accurate and compliant.
Prepare and issue trainee–employer contracts.
Ensure all agreements follow company, regulatory, and training program requirements.
Track signatures, documentation, and maintain secure files.
Collect attendance, work hours, and required data for payroll.
Coordinate with the finance department to process monthly payroll.
Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries.
Maintain and update employee and apprentice records.
Support new joiner onboarding processes.
Assist in HR administration tasks, documentation, and compliance activities.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using HR/online portals.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
