Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive HR Assistant to support recruitment activities by mobilizing candidates and building strong relationships with colleges, institutes, and placement partners. The role involves coordinating with educational institutions, exploring new recruitment channels, and assisting in talent acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Mobilize and source potential candidates through colleges, training institutes, and placement partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with placement cells, institutional partners, and career services teams.
Coordinate with institutes for campus drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
Identify and develop new recruitment channels and partnerships to expand the candidate pipeline.
Maintain regular communication with institutional contacts to ensure a consistent flow of candidates.
Assist the HR team in screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
Maintain records and databases of institutional partners and candidate leads.
Support the planning and execution of campus recruitment campaigns and outreach programs.
Track mobilization activities and provide periodic updates and reports to the HR team.
Represent the organization during institutional visits, career seminars, and placement interactions.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple institutions and stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic documentation.
Willingness to travel for institutional visits and campus recruitment activities.
