HR Intern (Fresher) - Remote Internship

About the Opportunity:

We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our Human Resources team for a 2-month remote internship. This role offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, providing valuable insights into recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)

- Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires

- Maintain HR records, databases, and employee files

- Contribute to employee engagement activities and events

- Assist in drafting HR policies and documentation

- Support payroll and compliance-related tasks

- Coordinate with departments for HR-related tasks

Requirements:

1. Freshers or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, or related fields

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. Basic knowledge of HR functions and policies (advantageous)

4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

6. Eagerness to learn and grow in HR
