Key Responsibilities:
HR Activities:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee files
Support payroll inputs and basic compliance documentation
Address employee queries and assist in grievance handling
Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures
Administration:
Support overall factory administration and coordination
Manage vendors, office supplies, and utility requirements
Assist in organizing internal activities and day-to-day operations
Security & Housekeeping:
Supervise security staff and monitor gate records
Oversee housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
Ensure discipline, safety, and proper conduct within premises
Plantation & Facility Upkeep:
Oversee plantation and green area maintenance
Ensure proper upkeep and cleanliness of the manufacturing unit
Coordinate minor repairs and maintenance activities
Field Work (If Required):
Visit government offices, vendors, or external agencies for official work
Handle documentation, submissions, and coordination outside the facility
Support on-ground execution of administrative and HR-related tasks
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin role (manufacturing preferred)
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance
Willingness to handle on-field responsibilities when required
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
Practical, hands-on approach
