Core Responsibilities
Payroll & Payments: Ensure timely, accurate payment of wages, bonuses, overtime, and statutory deductions.
Returns & Filings: Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual returns (PF, ESI, TDS) on time.
Record Management: Maintain statutory registers (wages, attendance, leave) and update HR software.
Documentation: Issue compliant appointment letters, payslips, Form 16, etc.
Health & Safety: Ensure a safe environment and manage POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance.
Benefit Administration: Manage PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other mandatory benefits.
Training & Awareness: Educate employees and management on their rights and the company's obligations.
Regulatory Monitoring: Stay updated on new laws and amendments.
