Location: Sigma MRI & Diagnostic Centre
Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Head
The HR Assistant will support HR operations across all Sigma MRI Centres, handling recruitment, attendance, documentation, and employee coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Assist in recruitment, interviews, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and attendance data.
Prepare HR letters and ensure policy compliance.
Track incentives, rewards, and performance reports.
Coordinate with centre heads for staff attendance and discipline.
Handle employee queries and maintain a positive work culture.
Support HR meetings, events, and documentation work.
Coordinate with accounts for salary and reimbursement issues.
Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field.
1–2 years of HR experience (healthcare preferred).
Good communication & coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR record management.
Organized, responsible, and maintains confidentiality.
