Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions for open positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Experience in employer branding and campus recruitment.

Work Environment:

• Full-time position with occasional travel for recruitment drives or job fairs.
