Position Overview:

• Manage the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.

4. Training and Development:

• Identify and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and promote career development.

• Track training progress and effectiveness, ensuring that employees are equipped to meet company goals and objectives.

5. Compensation and Benefits:

• Administer compensation programs, including salary reviews and bonuses.

• Manage employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans) and provide guidance on available options.
