Key Responsibilities
Data & Record Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee files, including employment contracts, background check results, and policy acknowledgments in HR systems
Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate end-to-end onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and guiding departing employees through exit formalities.
Payroll & Benefits Support: Gather monthly inputs like attendance, leaves, and overtime, and assist with benefits administration
Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen applications, and schedule candidate interviews.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in an HR administrative, HR Assistant, or general administrative role.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), MS Office (especially Excel and Word), and digital communication tools.
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with 100% discretion.
Knowledge: Basic working knowledge of local labor laws, payroll processing, and benefits administration
