Happy Hospitality Club (HHC) is a growing community of hospitality professionals and industry leaders focused on networking, collaboration, and collective growth. As HHC continues to expand, we are looking to appoint a Hospitality Growth Strategist who will act as the face of HHC and support its operations, member engagement, and growth initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of HHC

• Attend meetings with the Founder and Director and prepare minutes of meetings and action points Maintain records, reports, and internal documentation

• Coordinate with existing members, handle queries, and manage membership renewals

• Support onboarding and engagement of new members

• Follow up with prospective members and assist in lead conversion

• Clearly communicate membership plans and benefits

• Manage communication and engagement across platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Share updates, announcements, and event-related communication

• Prepare professional presentations, proposals, and reports

• Represent HHC in meetings, discussions, and member interactions

The salary range for this position is ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
