We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Human resource's SPOC to manage end-to-end HR functions for our MBBS consulting organization. The ideal candidate should have strong HR experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to handle employees in a fast-paced consulting environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary HR point of contact for all employees

Manage recruitment and hiring, especially for counsellors, sales, operations, and support roles

Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation of new joiners

Manage attendance, payroll coordination, leave records, and compliance

Address employee concerns, grievances, and engagement activities

Support performance tracking and HR policies implementation

Coordinate with management on workforce planning and HR strategy

🔹 Requirements:

3-4 years of HR experience

Strong understanding of HR operations and recruitment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage confidential information professionally

Experience working in a target-driven or consulting setup is a plus
