Job Type: Full-Time | On roll
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Salary: 20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand)
(Salary will be based on experience and interview performance)
Job Description / Responsibilities:
• Maintain HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and employee records
• Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll
• Support employee onboarding and induction process
• Coordinate PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance activities
• Handle office administration and vendor coordination
• Maintain and update employee data and HR MIS reports
• Assist in implementing HR policies and internal communication
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR and management
Required Skills:
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Experience in Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Manufacturing industry preferred
• Candidates based in Ahmedabad will be preferred
