Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR):
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Payroll Management
Training and development
Assist in designing HR policies, performance management, and appraisal systems.
Handle employee engagement initiatives and grievance redressal.
Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
Conduct training and development programs as per company needs.
Administration:
Oversee office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Manage vendor relations, office supplies, and facilities.
Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and documentation.
Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics for staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Key Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR/Administration/Business Management (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in HR & Admin roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
