Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Handle statutory compliance, HR documentation, and internal policies.
Coordinate employee engagement and performance support activities.
Act as a point of contact for employee relations and HR queries.
Procurement Responsibilities:
Vendor identification and coordination
Purchase requisitions, quotations, and comparisons
PO processing and follow-ups
Material/service procurement coordination with site and admin teams
Invoice verification and basic procurement documentation
