Position Summary:
The HR Administrator & Recruiter is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and full-cycle recruitment. This role ensures smooth HR processes, maintains employee records, coordinates HR policies, and drives talent acquisition efforts to attract, select, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting to onboarding.
Prepare and post job ads on various job boards and social media platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Schedule interviews, prepare interview materials, and maintain candidate communication.
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure timely candidate feedback.
Support employer branding initiatives and attend career fairs or recruitment events.
2. HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports.
Support the onboarding and offboarding process.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
Assist in attendance, leave, and performance management systems.
Ensure HR policies are updated and comply with local labor laws.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
3. Employee Engagement & Support
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Coordinate training and development sessions.
Support employee relations and maintain confidentiality in HR matters.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR administration and/or recruitment.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRIS, ATS, etc.).
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
