Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day
administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate
should have experience in vendor coordination, office administration, warehouse support,
and infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
• Coordinate with vendors for office-related services and procurement.
• Handle office infrastructure, including basic troubleshooting and coordination for
office asset management.
• Oversee warehouse administration and maintain coordination
• Manage office stationery and pantry inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Handle courier dispatches and deliveries while maintaining proper records.
• Conduct market research
• Maintain administrative records, invoices, and vendor documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve office-related issues promptly.
• Support other administrative activities as assigned by the management.
Required Skills
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic Knowledge of vendor management and office administration.
