We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage human resource functions and oversee daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and office administration to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Duties:
Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Handle payroll coordination and attendance tracking
Manage leave records and employee benefits
Assist in performance appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Address employee queries and maintain positive workplace culture
Administrative Duties:
Oversee daily office operations and facility management
Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
Maintain office policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in HR/Admin role (preferred)
Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
