The opening is in a Chartered Accountant firm with a small team size of ~4-5 people. Team size will gradually increase to ~5-10 employees and then maintain the same. Also, the job includes maintenance of team work allocation tracker in excel and other small office admin activities like office imprest etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing end to end hiring process.
Create and update job descriptions, Source and engage candidates via online platforms, Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests, Advertise openings on job portals and social media, Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Managing basic office admin activities
Managing team workflow log and work allocation over predefined excel structure.
