We are looking for a HR Associate - Pune to join our client in well known FMCG industry Company Name to manage the full-cycle HR Admin process for the organization.

Position : HR Associate - Pune ( Payroll on PMS)

Reporting Office :Pune Shivaji Nager

Exp : Min 1 years

Role and Responsibilities

End to end recruitment experience in any industry (Sourcing through Linkedin, designing JD, Interview Schedule, documentation, onboarding)

Experience on payroll activities of all contractual employees

Stakeholder management

Talent Management

Understanding of Training & Development Program

Good in English Communication

Good in MS excel/MS word

Desired Candidate profile: 

An Degree  is a must.

Master's Degree in HR is preferred.

Spectacular verbal and written communication.

Have knowledge of organizational planning, development, and employee engagement.

Excellent management skills.
