Job Title: HR & Admin Executive
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and reliable HR & Admin Executive to support the management team with recruitment, administration, and day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with people, maintaining records, following up on tasks, and handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & HR
Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate screening.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Source and cold-call potential candidates when required.
Administration
Organize and maintain company files, folders, and digital records.
Manage and update Excel sheets and MIS reports.
Keep documents properly filed and easily accessible.
Book Ola/Uber, travel, and other office requirements.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned.
Sales & Customer Support
Make cold calls to prospective clients when required.
Assist the sales team with lead follow-ups.
Make payment reminder and collection follow-up calls to customers.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up status.
General Support
Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
Handle miscellaneous tasks assigned by the management.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work with attention to detail.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1 years of experience in HR, Administration, or Operations.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Drive.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Confident in making phone calls and speaking with candidates and customers.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
Experience in recruitment and candidate coordination.
Comfortable with telecalling and follow-up calls.
Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
