The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing human resources activities along with general administrative functions. The role includes recruitment, employee lifecycle management, office administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resource Functions:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and documentation
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Handle employee grievances and support engagement activities
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
2. Administrative Functions:
Manage office operations and ensure smooth functioning
Handle vendor coordination (housekeeping, internet, stationery, etc.)
Maintain office assets and inventory (IT equipment, furniture, etc.)
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees
Manage office maintenance and facility-related issues
3. Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain HR policies and update records regularly
Prepare reports (attendance, hiring status, asset reports, etc.)
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to handle confidential information
