Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain candidate databases and track applications.
Support onboarding and documentation activities.
Assist in maintaining HR records and employee files.
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with team members for daily HR operations.
Draft emails, job descriptions, and other HR documents.
Support HR team in day-to-day tasks and projects.
Skills & Requirements:
Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
