
Job Descriptions:
Administration & Facilities: Ensure daily office operations, discipline (attendance, dress code, SOP), cleanliness, hygiene, repair & maintenance, petty cash handling, and infrastructure upkeep.
Security & Reception: Monitor office security, visitor handling, attendance records, and material movement.
Store & Inventory: Maintain stock records, material IN/OUT register, periodic stock check, safe storage, and CLT material handling.
Vendor & Transport Management: Vendor negotiation, AMC renewals, cab, booking, bill verification, and payment coordination with Finance.
IT Assets Management: Accountability of laptops, tabs, PCs, printers; monthly reporting and coordination with IT team for repairs/damage.
Cafeteria & Housekeeping: Procurement of pantry & housekeeping materials; supervision of support staff.
CLT & Operational Support: Arrange materials, manpower (carpenter, electrician, loader), and coordinate project setup.
Compliance & Safety: Conduct fire drill, first aid, POSH awareness, incident handling & reporting.
Event & Meeting Management: Organize office events, meeting arrangements, Birthday, Farewell and budget control.
Printing & Stationery & Incentive Management: Coordinate project-based printing activities and Manage incentive coordination and tracking.
HR: Monitor and coordinate weekly new joining for the Mumbai location.
Ensure laptop issuance and return coordination with the Delhi office.
Ensure Email ID request forms are completed and shared with the HR team.
Hand over the joining kit to new employees on their date of joining.
Coordinate biometric registration for new joiners after confirmation from the Attendance Team.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate with three years + experience in Administration/Facility Management, strong vendor handling and multitasking ability.
