Admin and HR Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin and HR Assistant to support our administrative and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities while assisting in managing HR processes, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Manage and organize office operations, including inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (both physical and digital).
Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams for office upkeep.
Prepare and circulate regular reports, memos, and other documentation.
Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are accurate and updated.
Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and training programs.
Track employee attendance, leaves, and performance review schedules.
Address employee queries related to HR and administrative policies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in administrative or HR support roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Knowledge of basic HR practices is a plus.
