Manage employee and worker relations across warehouse locations to ensure a disciplined and harmonious work environment • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and day-to-day workforce issues at site • Ensure compliance with labou • r laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and applicable regulations • Coordinate and manage contractor and third-party workforce across warehouses • Liaise with local authorities and support inspections, audits, and compliance checks • Maintain worker records, attendance, and all IR-related documentation • Oversee warehouse administration including housekeeping, security, utilities, and infrastructure upkeep • Ensure safety, hygiene, and adherence to EHS norms at all warehouse locations • Manage vendor coordination and local procurement for operational needs • Support HR in onboarding, attendance tracking, and engagement initiatives for blue collar workforce • Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to IR, compliance, and administrative operations
