Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized General Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative activities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, maintaining office facilities, and providing overall administrative support to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-maintained and efficient work environment
· Manage office facilities including housekeeping, security, and maintenance services
· Coordinate with vendors and service providers; monitor service quality and ensure timely payments
· Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory of stationery and essentials
· Maintain records of company assets and track allocation, usage, and returns
· Support employee onboarding by arranging workstations, ID cards, and other administrative requirements
· Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and guests as required
· Maintain administrative documents, invoices, agreements, and records for audit purposes
· Ensure compliance with safety standards and office protocols
· Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
· 2–5 years of experience in administration or office management
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Good communication and coordination abilities
· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
· Ability to handle vendors and negotiate effectively
