Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in recruitment: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documents.
Manage attendance, leaves, and employee timesheets.
Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities.
Support payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave data.
Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
Must have good knowledge of Canva.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
