We are looking for an experienced Site Administrator with 2–5 years of relevant experience to manage administrative, HR coordination, documentation, and site-level operations support. The candidate should be capable of independently handling site records, vendor coordination, and workforce administration. (Site located at Siddipet-Karimnagar)
Maintain all site documentation, registers, and records.
Prepare daily manpower and progress reports.
Maintain inward/outward material registers.
Coordinate dispatch and documentation control.
Maintain attendance, timesheets, and overtime records.
Share payroll inputs with HR department.
Maintain employee personal files at site.
Handle joining formalities and ID documentation.
Raise purchase requisitions.
Coordinate with vendors for material delivery.
Maintain stock records and petty cash.
Track invoices and submit to accounts.
Maintain statutory compliance documents.
Update labor license, insurance, and contractor documents.
Maintain safety training records.
Support during internal/external audits.
Act as a bridge between site team and HO.
Schedule meetings and prepare MOM.
Assist Project Manager in administrative support tasks.
Strong MS Excel knowledge (reports, attendance tracking)
Documentation & record management skills
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Good communication & coordination ability
Ability to work independently at site
