We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, and assist management and staff to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, mail, etc.).
Maintain office supplies and inventory; liaise with vendors and service providers.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee record maintenance.
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed and updated as necessary.
Assist with basic accounting tasks (invoices, expense reports, petty cash management).
Provide general support to team members and management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (1–3 years minimum).
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information.
