Role Summary :
The general administrator provides professional support for daily operations, office management, and administration across departments. This role is central to maintaining organization, facilitating communication, and supporting business processes.
Key Responsibilities :
● Will manage all aspects of office operations including reception duties, correspondence, and record-keeping.
● Will serve as the main point of contact for employees, clients, and external visitors; field inquiries professionally in person, by phone, and via email.
● Is required to schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff. Maintain and update company records, databases, and files, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
● Shall oversee office inventory and order supplies as needed; troubleshoot and maintain office equipment.
● Support bookkeeping and billing cycles; assist finance with basic invoicing, delivery challans and expense tracking.
● Prepare reports, presentations, and official documentation as required.
● Shall coordinate with other departments, suppliers, and contractors to facilitate workflow and resolve issues.
● Assist in onboarding and offboarding personnel, keeping employee records up to date.
● Ensure compliance with workplace policies, legal procedures, and health & safety regulations.
Requirements & Skills
● Proven experience in an administrative or office management role (minimum 1 year is a must).
● Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, email clients) and basic accounting/book keeping. Knowledge of Gsuite is preferred.
● Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
● Attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
