Experience as a recruiter, in non-technical roles and Bulk hiring.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
# Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
# Source candidates through online channels, networking, and recruitment events.
# Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
# Hindi Language is Mandatory
# Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
# Maintain recruitment records and generate reports on recruitment activities.
# Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
# Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
# Strong organizational and time-management skills.
# Travel to client locations as required
