Hiring & Recruitment

Hire bakers, helpers, decorators, delivery staff, cleaners, and counter staff
Conduct interviews and trial shifts
Coordinate onboarding

Staff Management

Maintain attendance and leave records
Manage shift schedules
Handle staff issues and discipline
Reduce employee turnover

Operations Support

Ensure staff follow SOPs
Monitor hygiene and grooming
Coordinate between kitchen and management
Maintain daily staff reports

Training

Train new staff on:
- behavior
- hygiene
- work systems
- customer handling
Ensure SOP compliance

Payroll & Documentation

Coordinate salaries and overtime
Maintain employee records
Manage joining/leaving formalities

Requirements

Experience in bakery, café, restaurant, retail, or food business
Good communication in Hindi
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
Strong people-management skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
