Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, including employee data management, benefits administration, and recruitment coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans
- Provide administrative support for recruitment, including job postings and candidate communication
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Prepare reports and metrics for HR management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
