1. Facility Management
Keep the plant premises clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.
Work with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for daily coordination.
Monitor utilities (electricity, water, HVAC, etc.) and solve facility-related issues as they arise.
2. Administrative Support
Manage office supplies, stationery, and maintain inventory.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and couriers, dispatch documents, and inward documentation.
Maintain visitor, vendor, and contractor records.
3. Vendor Coordination
Liaise with external vendors for maintenance contracts, repairs, and services.
Track service agreements, follow up on performance, and ensure renewals happen on time.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Help keep statutory records and licenses up to date.
Support HR in documentation related to contract staff, including attendance tracking.
5. Employee Support
Arrange travel, accommodation, and other logistics for staff.
Organise events and welfare initiatives for employees.
6. Safety & Security
Monitor and enforce security protocols; ensure safety norms are followed.
Report incidents and support investigations when needed.
